2014 Multifaceted Stone Foundation Repair Project
  Gilmanton, NH.

Gilmanton, NH Foundation Restoration

"Andrew successfully completed substantial repair work on our 18th century stone foundation. This was a major project taking some 5 weeks to complete. The foundation had large cavities, areas of undermining, and was no more than rubble in places. Andrew methodically restored the foundation excavating and rebuilding the foundation walls using in part hand selected stones he brought from off site. This was a very challenging and rugged project which Andrew tackled head on. The result was a handsome and stable foundation which enabled us to pour a concrete floor, stabilize the cellar humidity, provide structural support to carrying beams, and undertake other plumbing and electrical improvements. Andrew is a true master tradesman and undoubtedly one of the finest and hardest working stone masons in New England. For challenging stone foundation repair and restoration work, you cannot do better than Andrew Spielberger."- Don and Marian S., Gilmanton, NH
